Games already run on the development PS5. Compatibility varies, and development is ongoing. Expect crashes, visual errors and uneven performance in some titles. There is no promise of full-library compatibility or 60 FPS. Fixes for the Left 4 Dead 2 loading stall and shared thread synchronization, controller-dependent extra player sign-ins, and profile removal with recoverable saves. Includes the features introduced in v0.5.7. Read the release notes. Performance and compatibility vary by game. including external locations visible to the application. The development setup uses PS5 firmware 13.60 with homebrew access, etaHEN, ShadowMountPlus and kstuff. Other setups have not been verified.
