1. Service and scope
AltAPIs is the service name. The operator has not yet supplied a legal name, country, or postal address for this notice. This disclosure gap is not a claim of compliance; you can still send a request through the contact centre.
AltAPIs provides information and discovery tools, not the third-party APIs themselves. These terms explain the conditions of using its features. Any separate purchase terms must be presented before an order; browsing alone is not acceptance of a charge or marketing consent. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse, link to pages and submit accurate, relevant source-backed information. Respect reasonable technical limits and the licences attached to source material. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt service, impersonate another person, submit malicious links, expose secrets/personal data without authority, or manipulate commercial metrics. Good-faith reporting of a suspected problem is welcome through the contact centre.
3. Access keys and eligibility
Public browsing does not need an account. Owner, campaign and private-request credentials must be kept confidential; possession can grant access to information. Do not share a token in a URL, public comment or screenshot. Feature submissions, subscriptions and purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or older with authority to act for the relevant provider or business.
4. Contributions and moderation
Submit only material you have authority to share. You retain your rights and give AltAPIs permission to review, store and, if approved for public use, display and reasonably format the material for operating the archive. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish your private contact email.
A submission is not guaranteed acceptance or publication. Corrections and provider requests go to owner review. We may request evidence, decline material, correct mistakes or remove content for a legitimate policy or legal reason. The current site has no open public comments feed; a later comments feature must have explicit pre-publication moderation and a matching collection notice.
5. Intellectual property and sources
Product names, logos, trademarks, code examples and source records can belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership or a licence to use a provider’s service. The source’s actual licence controls reuse of its material; the AltAPIs site does not relicense everything as one unrestricted dataset.
For a copyright, trademark or personal-data concern, provide the affected page, the material concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, supporting explanation and a way to follow up through the contact centre. Do not submit unnecessary ID documents. We can seek clarification and assess removal, correction or a response from the contributor. We do not claim a registered statutory agent or legal safe-harbour status.
6. Sponsorship and affiliate links
Sponsored boards are commercial inventory separated from independent archive order. Where an affiliate link is introduced, it must disclose the possibility of commission near that link before a click. A sponsorship/affiliate relationship does not certify a product or guarantee traffic, sales, placement duration beyond the stated offer, or search-engine rank.
Before paid checkout is activated, the operator must supply seller/contact details and review pricing, window timing, payment processing, cancellation/refund rights and regional consumer obligations. No payment provider or cryptocurrency method is authorised by these terms alone.
7. Accuracy, availability and third parties
Source facts can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm pricing, access, security, licences and terms directly with the provider before relying on an entry. AltAPIs may change or suspend features for maintenance, safety or legal reasons. No uninterrupted availability, fitness for your project or particular commercial result is promised.
The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud. No blanket waiver of all claims, compulsory arbitration clause or invented governing jurisdiction is imposed here.
8. Questions, changes and disputes
Use the secure contact and privacy-request form to reach the site operator. A direct privacy email has not yet been provided; the request centre works without email delivery.
Raise a concern through the contact centre with the affected URL and relevant facts. Local mandatory law and available regulator/court remedies still apply. Revised terms show an update date; a materially different paid offer requires its own clear pre-contract explanation.
