View in Model Surgeon A specialist–generalist decision model on a single DistilBERT encoder. The original 15-intent customer-support classifier is kept intact; a listwise cross-encoder head accepts any options you define at request time; and a step-function gate, tuned on validation data, decides which of the two answers each question. falconsproof v1 extends Falconsai/intentclassification, pinned at revision 630d0d4668170a2a64d8d80b04d9844415bd4367.
