Predicts a vehicle's body type from 5 observable exterior attributes. Produced by an AutoML search for Homework 2 of CMU 24-679 Design and Prototyping with AI (Fall 2026). Coursework demonstration of an AutoML workflow. Not fit for production. It is trained on 330 rows describing cars in Pittsburgh parking lots over 5 coarse attributes, and inherits whatever sampling bias that collection carried. Output: one of ['SUV', 'Sedan']. Evaluated on a held-out split of whole sourcenum groups (98 rows). Cross-validated macro F1 during the search: 0.757. Each synthetic row in the source dataset carries a sourcenum naming the manual row it was generated from, and inherits that row's brand, rearwiper and type.
