Self-contained .litertlm packages of Kyutai PocketTTS (100M-parameter continuous FlowLM + Mimi neural audio codec, 24 kHz mono PCM output) quantized to INT8 for on-device speech synthesis with the MediaPipe Text-to-Speech (TextToSpeech) Task and LiteRT across Android, iOS, macOS, Python, Web, and C++. Each .litertlm bundle packages the INT8 LiteRT subgraphs (text conditioner, 6-layer stateful autoregressive FlowLM backbone, 2-step Euler LSD flow-matching network, and stateful Mimi streaming neural codec decoder), the SentencePiece tokenizer, and pre-encoded voice conditioning embeddings into a single memory-mapped file. You can query all voices packaged inside the loaded .litertlm bundle at runtime using listVoices() / listvoices(). When switching voices via SynthesisOptions, setting voiceId automatically infers…

Parameter count is not a RAM/VRAM requirement. Check precision, quantization, context length and runtime compatibility in the model card; no hardware or API-cost claim is inferred here.
Use and evaluate
Check license terms and access requirements first. Review the model card’s documented loading instructions, evaluations and safety limitations. Benchmark scores are not imported by this directory, and popularity is not an accuracy ranking.
No model weights are downloaded or executed by AltAPIs. Never enable remote model code without reviewing it.
